شكراً للجميع لمساندتهم لهذه الحملة ضد القرار الصادر عن محكمة التمييز لاخضاع المواقع الالكترونية الى قانون المطبوعات والنشر.</p>
<p>هذه الحملة يقوم بها مواطنون مسؤولون يدافعون عن الأردن لتكون منارة للحرية و التقدم. الحملة ليس هدفها فقط &#8220;فش الغل&#8221; و التفجير عن الغضب، بل تحرك عملي للإعتراض الشعبي على قرار المحكمة الذي يمكن الإعتراض عليه و تغيره (و يمكن لأي أشخاص قانونين إفادتنا أكثر بالتفاصيل التقنية).<br />
الرجاء الكتابة بشكل موضوعي و الإبتعاد عن السب و التجريح الشخصي، و إن كنت كتبت عن الموضوع يمكنك إعادة الكتابة أو إعادة النشر تضامناً مع الحملة.</p>

تم الترويج مؤخراً أن القرار هدفه الأخبار الكاذبة و الصحافة الصفراء و ليس الرقابة و تقييد الحريات، قانون المطبوعات و النشر يتعامل مع مصطلحات عامة و معاني فضفاضة يمكن أن تستخد بشكل مباشر للرقابة على أي موضوع، و ليس فقط لمكافحة الأخبار الكاذبة. للإطلاع على قانون المطبوعات و النشر:<br />
